Flying East

Thanks for all of your kind comments and well wishes this week. Just wanted to let you know that I'm going to be out of town again, and I'm flying back to Olcott on Saturday. My father's health has taken a turn but he is resting comfortably.

A funny thing happened on Friday, according to my Mom. My father was acting as if he had a cigarette in his fingers, flicking invisible ashes into a non-existent ashtray. He was quite content.

Be well and I'll check back with you later on.

Hey MOJO. just thought. Why don't you suggest to Drs a drug called Chantix. I tried the patch, the gum. With the pacth I couldn't sleep and with the gum, I couldn't
eat. The only side effect of Chanix was some strane dreams at night. Try it, your dad might like. Good luck lady and keep the faith.

Mojo!

My thoughts & prayers are with you and your family. Please know that we are all thinking of you at this most difficult time, sending lots of love.

This may not be the best time to kick the habit, but whatever works best for you. I gave it up 35 years ago, yet I still have situations where all I want is a Martini(or a coffee) no really, a Martini & a smoke, the urge never leaves, only gets more distant with time.

That's a good idea for her to spend easter with her family. But after that, her family must give her back to us. It's only fair, right?

While Mojo spends Easter with her family, I will be with like-minded friends celebrating Asster. (I'm a devout ass worshiper, ya know.) I saw on Crooks and Liars a clip from a Hardball segment where Christopher Hitchens and some guy named Blackwell were debating whether the U.S is a "Christian nation" or not. Hitchens says no, of course. Being an ass worshipper and knowing dozens of others who enjoy ass worship, I say we're an ass worship nation. Look at all the people who, in the first half of this decade, worshipped George bush, a dumbASS, and rush Limbaugh, a fatASS, and even the long gone Ronald reagan, a deadASS. Tell me we're not an ass worship nation, will ya!

Oh, an.tu! Thanks a lot for that! Now I see, my life is complete! I've never been religous, but now, thank to you, I see the Light! Viva Asster!

You're welcome, LV.

Oh, christsake! Every single site I visit is talking about those dumbass, fox tea parties and I've had it up to here! I don't want to know what those neck droolers are doing. They're always doing stupid shit, yes? So why do I need to hear about it? Oh, Mojo, pleeeeeease come home.
