Heard on MSNBC the translation was when he threw the shoes it was a kiss good bye. So the guy that did it, had a little class as opposed to screaming something obscene.
Apparently unnoticed the second shoe hit the American flag behind the President. I am sure it was not intended, but it adds another layer to the irony.
I believe no doubt many Iraqis are done with US. Pun Intended.
Later tonight on MSNBC, he didn't out right say it but he didn't get the significance of a shoe, but implied he didn't understand why a shoe. That SOB leaves office without learning a thing about Arab culture.
Another good job for him would be a short bus driver. No, never mind, I would not want him in charge of children.
Not sure anyone will see this but who ever is holding the journalist that threw the shoe, they need to let him go. There is rapidly growing sentiment against the US because he was jailed for what they consider speaking his mind.

Yeah, Mojo, it was amazing that guy got in two good throws.
It's too bad he didn't have more than two feet.

I hate to admit this, but I was actually amused by the smirk on Dubya's face!
